The Crash Test Donkies Make Another Run at the Wall
Tim Inwood was born on April 30, 1963 in Wilmington, Ohio. Coming from a family of extreme wealth, like all Republicans, Mr. Inwood's parents made their vast fortunes

as a barber and public school teacher. The family also instilled in him a keen interest in politics, and he got involved early in life. He went door-to-door for Republican candidates with his Grandmother Bashore at the tender age of five in 1968 and not much has changed since.

He went to college at Wright State University and Wilmington College. At Wright State Tim was the President of the College Republicans (1984-1985) and attended Ronald Reagan's second Inaugural. He graduated from Wilmington College in the fall of 1985 and, inspired by Reagan's desire to put the "Soviet Union on the ash heap of history," he moved to Washington, D.C. After marrying Dr. Mary Lou Reese in May 1987, the Inwood's grew weary of the hectic life in Washington and the dismantling of the "Reagan Revolution" by the new Bush administration. By Spring 1989, they decided to return to Ohio.

Upon returning to Ohio, Mr.Inwood again threw himself into various political campaigns, as well as joining the board of directors of the CCFSA (http://www.ccfsa.com), the gun club his grandfather had helped to create in the late 1940s. There, he has served three times as president and is the current "Legislative Liason." He is also a member of the Republican Central Committee for Chester Township in Clinton County, Ohio. As a collector of antique militaria, he is a very active member of the Ohio Gun Collectors Association and the Ohio Valley Military Society. Mr. Inwood also worked hard as an advocate for Ohio getting concealed carry and is now on the editorial board of the Buckeye Firearms Association (http://www.buckeyefirearms.org/index.php).

In more recent years he has become more involved in media, hosting the "We the People" television program for MVCC in Dayton from 2004-2006, and writing articles that have been run in various newspapers.

The Inwoods and their two children live outside Wilmington with their dog and a number of feral cats.
